Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 oz. lasagna noodles, 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 tbsp. oil (salad) and 1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. seasoned tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook noodles for 3 minutes in boiling salted water; drain. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion in salad oil.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Fill 1 1/2-quart casserole by alternating layers of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, tomato-meat mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
