In 2-quart saucepan, heat corn oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, onion, beef and sausage, stirring frequently.
Cook 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Add prepared spaghetti sauce and parsley.
Bake to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes.
