Lady Diana'S Peanuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. salted peanuts or 1 lb. mixed nuts, 6 tbsp. butter, melted in jelly roll pan and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff (to which you add 1 c. sugar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add peanuts to egg white mixture. Put in jelly roll pan.
Stir every 10 minutes in a 325Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Cool on waxed paper.
