Lacy Funnel Cake
Lacy Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vegetable oil (in deep fryer), 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oil to 375°.
Mix all ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
Select funnel with 1/2-inch opening in small end. Swirl batter into hot oil, starting in center and working outward to make 6-inch lacy spiral.
Fry 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Can keep warm in 200° oven. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Can also top with fruit flavors.
