Krunch Bars
Krunch Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips, 1 c. peanut butter, 6 c. rice krispies, 1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips and confectioners sugar as needed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large saucepan, melt together the butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
Add Rice Krispies and mix well.
Spread half of this mixture on the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate.
Melt chocolate chips and add confectioners sugar and water until consistency is slightly thicker than frosting. Spread this mixture on top of the first mixture and place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the Rice Krispies mixture, patting down.
Cut into squares.
