Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips.
Set aside.
Sift flour, cocoa, sugar and baking soda into a mixing bowl.
Make a well and place in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat until smooth with whisk.
Fill miniature muffin pans with chocolate mixture and top with 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
