Kraut Slaw
Kraut Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can sauerkraut, 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained, 1/2 c. cooking oil and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix kraut, onion, bell pepper, celery and pimentos.
Pour sugar over vegetables and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (24 hours).
Next day, drain real good, stir to help with the draining.
When drained good, add the oil and vinegar.
Keep covered, will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
