Kraut Salad
Kraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut, 1 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 small can pimiento, chopped, 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain kraut thoroughly.
Add celery, pimiento and green peppers.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
