Made with 1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed in water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 tbsp. thousand island dressing, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat sugar vinegar to boiling in microwave.
Cool slightly and dressing.
Pour over vegetable mixture and let stand overnight.
Toss several times.
