Kraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large jar or can chopped kraut, 2 c. chopped celery, 3 c. white onion, chopped, 2 c. bell pepper, chopped and 2/3 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat sugar and vinegar but do not boil.
Mix all vegetables together.
