Kraut Burgers
Kraut Burgers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 2 jars sauerkraut, drained and yeast bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook hamburger; drain off fat.
Add onion and sauerkraut. Cook together 1/2 hour.
Have yeast bread ready to make into buns. Roll out flat and divide into large flat buns.
Place large spoonful of meat mixture in center of bun and fold over.
Let rolls rise.
Bake until brown.
Lightly butter tops and serve.
