Kosher Dills
Kosher Dills is an easy dinner. Made with fresh cucumbers for 5 qt., 5 cloves garlic, fresh dill- 10 heads and hot red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Sterilize 5 quart jars and lids.
Wash fresh cucumbers and pack into hot jars.
To each quart add
1 clove garlic, 2 heads fresh dill, small piece of hot red pepper.
Combine 1 cup of pickling salt, 3 cups water and 1 quart cider vinegar.
Bring to boil.
Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of top with boiling mixture.
Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
