Kosher Dill Pickles
Kosher Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with small cucumbers, 2 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. plain salt, 3 tsp. dill seed per qt. and 1 clove garlic per qt., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place small cucumbers in quart jars.
Add garlic, onion, hot red pepper and dill seed.
Set aside while you bring to boil the vinegar, water and salt.
Pour over cucumbers and seal.
Let set 3 weeks before using.
Makes approximately 7 quarts.
