Kosher Dill Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with enough small cukes to fill 1 gal. glass jug, 1 tbsp. pickling spice, 1 tbsp. dill seed, 1 head garlic, chopped and 1/2 c. kosher salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fit the cukes tightly into the glass jar.
Add all other ingredients; fill with cold water.
Seal tight with tape.
Let stand in cellar for 7 days.
Repack into smaller jars if desired. Use same juice and refrigerate.
