Koch Kase
Koch Kase is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. soda and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Have everything at room temperature and mix all together, except caraway seed.
Cover and let set in a warm place for one hour.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. (Takes a while, but it's worth it.)
Pour into a buttered dish and top with caraway seed, if desired.
Refrigerate with cover on, spread and enjoy.
