Knox Perfection Salad
Knox Perfection Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 3/4 c. water, divided and 3/4 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in pan; add 1 1/2 cups of water. Stir over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining water, vinegar and lemon.
Chill until unbeaten egg white consistency.
Fold in vegetables and turn into mold or Pyrex dish (2 x 7 x 9-inch).
