Kiwi Ice
Kiwi Ice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh peeled kiwi chunks, 2 c. fresh pineapple chunks, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, 1/2 c. water and 2 tsp. lime juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place the fruit in a blender container or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Gradually add fruit to the Marshmallow Crème in a large bowl.
Mix with an electric mixer until well blended.
Blend in water and juice.
Pour into 6 or 8 individual cups with tight fitting lids.
Place in the freezer until completely solid.
Pack in an insulated cooler for traveling and serve with spoons.
