Kiss-Kiss Cookies
Kiss-Kiss Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt chocolate over hot water.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, butter and chocolate; add eggs one at a time until well blended. Mix in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add gradually to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill overnight.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar, coating lightly, then shape into a pointed kiss.
Place on greased baking sheet 2-inches apart and bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
