Kirk's Stuffed Mushrooms
Kirk'S Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1 lb. ground meat or deer meat, 2 (18 oz.) bottles barbecue sauce, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 can beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put barbecue sauce in large pot.
Add brown sugar and about 3/4 can of beer to sauce and cook on low heat.
Put ground meat in a bowl.
Then add egg and bread crumbs and mix.
Break stems of mushrooms and stuff meat inside each one, then put them in barbecue sauce and cook about 2 1/2 hours or in crock-pot overnight on low.
