Boil chicken; remove bone and cut into bite size pieces. Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle crushed chips over bottom. Add all other ingredients in order listed ending with sliced cheese on top.
Bake at 325Β°.
Cover and bake 20 minutes, then uncover and cook 20 minutes.
