King Ranch Chicken Casserole
King Ranch Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken or 2 cans deboned chicken and 1 c. chicken broth, 12 corn tortillas, torn or 16 taco shells, broken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stew chicken until tender; reserve 1 cup broth.
Bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Place tortillas or taco shells in bottom of dish.
Layer chicken on top.
Combine soups, onions, tomatoes and chicken broth in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until hot.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Top with cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
