King Pou Chicken
King Pou Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. sesame oil, 1/4 tsp. peanut oil, 1 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 tsp. honey and 1 tbsp. minced ginger root, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oils in wok and stir-fry chicken until tender and set aside.
Stir-fry scallions and garlic until tender (2 or 3 minutes).
Add vinegar, honey and ginger.
In separate bowl, blend arrowroot and tamari (soy sauce).
Add soy mixture to wok and stir until thickened.
Add back the chicken.
Coat chicken and serve over brown rice.
