Kifli - the Easy Way
Kifli - The Easy Way is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. butter (no oleo), 2 c. flour and choice of jam, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream the cream cheese with butter.
Add flour; mix well and chill for 2 hours.
Use 1/4 of dough at a time, rolling out on surface sprinkled with powdered sugar to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Put small amount of apricot jam (or other of your choice) on each square, overlap opposite corners of dough and pinch to hold.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
