Kielbasa Casserole
Kielbasa Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up and 1 tsp. dried thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. Brown and drain kielbasa in a large skillet. Stir in onion and garlic, then tomatoes. Cover and simmer over low heat 10 minutes or until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients.

Transfer to baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes until hot and blended. Serves 4.
