Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Kielbasa And Sauerkraut is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans bavarian style sauerkraut, 2 lb. fresh polish sausage, 2 lb. red new potatoes and 1 c. white wine or 1 can beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage in large pot or skillet.
Add sauerkraut and potatoes.
Let simmer for 1/2 hour or so and add wine.
Cover and cook until potatoes are done or you can't stand it any more and you have to have some.
