Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Place a layer of kraut in bottom of small roaster.
Slice some onions on top, then cut kielbasa in pieces and lay them on top of onions.
Keep making layers in this order with the minced garlic and bay leaf.
Top with bacon strips.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
