Kick the Can Ice Cream
Kick The Can Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. eagle brand condensed milk, 6 c. whole milk, 4 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix condensed milk, whole milk, beaten eggs, vanilla and sugar together.
In a 1 pound coffee can, put 2 cups of mixture.
Place lid on firmly and tape.
Place 1 pound coffee can inside a 3 pound coffee can.
Put in 1/4 cup rock salt.
Add ice to 1/2 way up can. Add another 1/4 cup rock salt, then fill with ice to top.
Place lid on firmly and tape.
Kick the can back and forth for 15 minutes.
Check for freezing.
