Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 graham cracker crumb or baked pastry pie shell, 1 1/3 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. lime juice (key west is good), 1 tsp. grated lime rind and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime rind. Stir until well blended and thickened.
Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
Pour into chilled crumb crust or cooked pastry shell. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pie filling.
Chill.
