Key Lime Pie

Combine the sweetened condensed milk and the beaten egg yolks. Gradually add the lime juice and mix thoroughly.
Fill the prebaked pie shell or graham cracker the mixture. Bake in a 350Β° to 10 minutes.
Do not allow to brown.
The pie refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
The cream and then garnish with rosettes of whipped cream.
