Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1/2 c. lime juice, 6 egg whites and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
Slowly blend in milk; add lime juice and mix.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy.
Continue beating, adding sugar slowly until egg whites peak.
Fold 6 tablespoons meringue into the filling mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Top with remaining meringue and bake in slow oven (330Β°) until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
