Key Lime Meringue Pie
Key Lime Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with c. graham cracker crumbs, c. light brown sugar, firmly packed, c. butter or margarine, melted, (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk and c. fresh key lime juice or bottled juice may be substituted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 3 ingredients.
Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake pie crust at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
Stir together sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until blended.
Pour into prepared crust.
Top with meringue and bake at 325° for 25 to 28 minutes.
Chill 8 hours.
