Key Club Pie
Key Club Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. lime juice, grated rind of 1 lime, 2 eggs, separated and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend the milk with lime juice, grated lime rind and egg yolks in a bowl.
Pour into the graham cracker crust.
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl until foamy.
Add the sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread over filling, sealing to edge of crust.
Bake at 425Β° for about 4 minutes or until brown.
