Kentucky Pea Casserole
Kentucky Pea Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz. each), 1 medium onion, diced, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook peas for 3 minutes and drain.
Saute diced onion in butter; add mushroom soup, chestnuts and pimientos; mix.
Add precooked peas.
