Stir together the bourbon and syrup;
Thoroughly stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture onto wax paper, generously covered with extra confectioners sugar. Roll each into a ball; roll in the sugar on the paper. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container at least overnight before serving.
