Kendra'S Applesauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag spy's apples, washed and cored, cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Steam apples in a steamer pan until soft and mushy.
Then run apples through a sieve and add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Reserve liquid and run through a cheesecloth and there you have apple juice.
