Kelsie's Caramel Corn
Kelsie'S Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in large heavy saucepan.
Stir in sugar, syrup and salt; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Continue to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
Pour mixture over popped corn; mix well.
Put into 2 large deep pans.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and put in covered container.
