Kathy's Too-Easy Fudge
Kathy'S Too-Easy Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) block candy coating - white or dark and 1 can prepared cake frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Make sure all utensils are completely dry.
(Moisture will cause hard spots in the coating.) Melt block of candy coating in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally and remove from heat when almost melted. Stir until completely melted.
Thoroughly stir in can of frosting and add any additional ingredients desired - nuts, marshmallow.
Pour into 8 x 8 pan lined with wax paper.
Let cool. Cut. Enjoy.
