Kathy's No-Fail Bread
Kathy'S No-Fail Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 11 c. flour (all-purpose), sifted, 1 1/2 c. sugar (white, granulated), 6 eggs, beaten well, 1/2 c. water (lukewarm) and 6 oz. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put milk and butter in saucepan and swirl until butter is melted.
Beat eggs well with stir in sugar and egg mixture.
Add milk and butter mixture; place all in large Tupperware bowl.
Add flour, a little at a time, until dough is soft, smooth and elastic.
You may do this with large spoon at first and then by hand bowl. Rub amount of vegetable oil thoroughly around inside a metal bowl (not aluminum).
