Kathy's Meat Loaf
Kathy'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 36 saltine crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ground chuck, eggs, vegetable soup, tomato sauce, cracker crumbs and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl; mix lightly until blended.
