Kathy's Chili

Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 lb. sausage, 1 large onion, 2 small cans or 1 large can chili hot beans and 2 cans stewed tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes and 1 can salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large pan, fry the hamburger, sausage and onion.
Drain fat.
In a large pot, add the beans and tomatoes.
Add the meat and stir.
Add tomato juice to desired thickness.
Add the chili mix seasoning and garlic salt.
