Katherine Hepburn's Brownies
Katherine Hepburn'S Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 2 eggs and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat like mad.
Stir in flour, salt and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
(If using molds, spray with something like Pam; I use the spray instead of buttering the pan.)
Remove; let cool.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and dive right in.
