Kasha Au Gratin
Kasha Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. buckwheat groats (kasha), 1 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1 c. partially steamed cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring salt and water to boil.
Add Kasha.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer minutes.
Onion in 2 tablespoons water. Steam cauliflower
1 inch water.
(If frozen, run under hot water 15 seconds.) Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
