Karen's Strawberry Jello Salad
Karen'S Strawberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained and 2 large bananas, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add frozen berries and stir until thawed and melted.
Add drained pineapple and chopped bananas.
Pour half of mixture in large glass or plastic bowl and congeal.
Spread sour cream over congealed jello.
Pour remainder of jello mixture over sour cream and congeal.
