Karen's Mexican Chicken
Karen'S Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 onion, chopped and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Boil chicken and remove all bones, then chop.
Blend soups, chili powder and Ro-Tel in blender.
Add onion and blend smooth. Cut cheese into small cubes and add to soup mixture, then add chicken.
Mix. Start with a layer of crushed Doritos in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then add a layer of chicken mixture and then Doritos until all is used.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
