Karen'S Fruit Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 c. fresh fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish.
In separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup of sugar and baking powder.
Pour over butter mixture in casserole dish.
Add peaches or other fresh fruit.
Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
