Kansas Dirt Cake
Kansas Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, crushed, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth with electric mixer.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.
Beat at medium for 2 minutes.
Fold together the cream cheese and pudding mixture; pour on cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs on top.
Can be frozen or chilled.
