Kansas Dirt Cake
Kansas Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, 1/2 c. butter, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 large container whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush cookies; put 1/2 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar.
Fold in the whipped topping and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the pudding, milk and vanilla.
Stir the two mixtures together and pour over the cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top.
Freeze overnight or until served.
