Crush cookies and melt butter.
Add 2/3 of cookie crumbs to melted butter.
Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip. Mix mil and pudding.
Add to cream cheese.
Pour onto crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
