Kansas Dirt Cake
Kansas Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 (9 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put half in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Fold in whipped topping.
Mix pudding, milk and vanilla.
Fold 2 mixtures together and pour over crumb mix in pan.
Top with remaining crumbs.
May be chilled or frozen.
Makes 12 servings.
