Kahlua Fudge Pie
Kahlua Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/3 c. kahlua, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler on low heat until smooth. Hand beat eggs lightly.
Stir in brown sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and chocolate mix.
Mix 1/2 cup walnuts into batter.
Turn into pie shell.
Cover top of pie with remaining walnuts.
Bake at 350Β° in center of the oven until barely set in the center and pastry is light golden brown, approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
